在 ubuntu 18 安裝 CUDA 與 nvidia docker

nvidia driver 450
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa
sudo apt update
sudo apt install ubuntu-drivers-common
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-450
sudo reboot
